Draft layouts, copy, images and schedules with AI
CloudyFy TV ships six AI features, and each one produces a first draft you then edit yourself: a priced blueprint, a whole layout, headline and ticker copy, a proposed schedule, artwork for the media library, and a background music loop. Every one costs credits you see before you press generate, and a layout is quoted item by item first.
7-day free trial of the plan you choose, Starter by default, with 100 AI credits per device included. No commitment.
What are the AI tools in CloudyFy TV?
Six features, no more. AI Layout Blueprint, AI Layout Generation, AI Copywriting, AI Schedule Suggestions, AI Image Generation and AI Background Music are the complete list, they sit inside the screens where you already work, and each one is metered in credits rather than sold as an unlimited add-on. AI is available once your workspace has AI enabled.
How each AI tool works
Each tool takes a short instruction, spends its credits, and hands back something editable. Nothing is published automatically, and nothing is locked to the AI: a generated layout is an ordinary layout, a generated image is an ordinary media file.
AI Layout Blueprint and Generation, from 8 credits, in the layout builder
Describe the screen you want in plain language, for example a portrait welcome board with a logo, a rotating offer and today's weather. You get a blueprint first: an itemised quote for 1 credit listing every block and image it will make and what each one costs, so you approve the price before anything is generated. Building the layout then costs 7, which is why a text-only screen is 8 credits in total and a layout full of 4K artwork costs more. The tool returns a complete layout with its blocks positioned on the canvas. You then move, restyle or delete anything in it exactly as you would with a layout you drew yourself, then save it as one of your own layouts.
AI Copywriting, 5 credits, in the text block editor
Select a text block, say what the message is about, and pick a tone. The tool writes headlines, offer lines and ticker copy sized for the block you selected, which matters on a screen read from four meters away. Generate a few options, keep the one that fits, edit the wording before it goes out.
AI Schedule Suggestions, 10 credits, on the Schedules page
Ask for a schedule and the tool proposes one built from the layouts and screens you already have, rather than from a blank calendar. Review the proposed rows, then accept in one click to create the schedule. Every row remains fully editable afterwards, including its timezone and recurrence.
AI Image Generation, 9 to 31 credits, in the media library
Describe the artwork you need and it is generated straight into your media library, ready to drop into a block. Resolution sets the price: 9 credits at 0.5K, 14 at 1K, 21 at 2K and 31 at 4K, with high-accuracy generation costing more. The tier is the size the image actually renders at, not the size of the screen, so four images quartering a 4K wall are billed at 2K each rather than 4K. You are not charged for pixels nobody can see.
Why teams use them
Because the blank canvas is the slowest part of signage, and these six features remove it for the three people who usually touch a screen.
Marketing
Ten stores need ten variations of one offer this week. Copywriting drafts the variations, image generation supplies the artwork, and the layout stays the one you approved.
Store or branch managers
People who are not designers get a usable layout from a sentence, instead of leaving a screen on last month's content because building a new one looks like a project.
Operations and IT
Schedule suggestions turn "what should play when" into a proposal you approve, which is faster than filling a dayparting grid by hand for every site.
How is this different from writing every layout by hand?
It is a starting point, not a replacement for your judgment. The AI produces the first draft in seconds, you spend your time on the edit, and the result is an ordinary CloudyFy TV layout, image or schedule with nothing marked as machine-made and no dependency on the AI afterwards. Be clear about what these tools do not do. They do not publish to screens on their own, they do not decide which screens see what, they do not read your sales data, and they do not run on a schedule in the background. Every AI action is something a person starts and a person reviews. If you never press generate, you never spend a credit, and every other feature in CloudyFy TV works exactly the same way without AI.
How do AI credits work?
Credits are the single currency for all six features, they come with your plan every month, and the cost of each action is shown before you run it.
| AI feature | What one run gives you | Credits | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|---|
AI Layout Generation | A complete, editable layout from a plain-language description | 7 | Layout builder |
AI Schedule Suggestions | A proposed schedule from your own layouts and screens, accepted in one click | 10 | Schedules |
AI Copywriting | Headlines, offers and ticker lines in a chosen tone | 5 | Text block editor |
AI Image Generation | Signage artwork saved into your media library | 9 at 0.5K, 14 at 1K, 21 at 2K, 31 at 4K | Media library |

Included every month: Starter 100 credits, Standard 250, Pro 500, Enterprise 1,000. Plan credits refresh at the start of each month and do not roll over.
- Starter: 100 credits per device a month
- Standard: 250 credits per device a month
- Pro: 500 credits per device a month
- Enterprise: 1,000 credits per device a month
Top-up packs, when a month runs long: 500, 1,250 or 3,000 credits, priced on the pricing page. The larger packs pay in credits rather than in a discount: the same money buys 1.25 times as many credits at the middle pack and 1.5 times as many at the largest. Credits you buy never expire, so an unused top-up is still there next quarter.
- 500 credits
- 1,250 credits
- 3,000 credits
Three rules make the meter predictable. Credits are reserved before the request and refunded automatically if a generation fails, so a failure costs nothing. When your balance reaches zero the AI action stops and offers a top-up rather than running up a bill, because there is no overage charge and nothing is ever spent without your say-so.
What 100 credits buys on one screen in a Starter month: twelve quoted layouts, or twenty copy drafts, or ten schedule suggestions, or twelve music loops, or three to eleven images depending on the tier, or any mix of those.
