Digital signage solutions by use case

CloudyFy TV ships six signage apps that run on live data instead of static slides: menu boards, jewellery rate boards, token and queue displays, kitchen display, donor walls and a live ticker. You edit the data in one place in the CMS, and every screen bound to it redraws in about a second without republishing the layout.

Live numbers that change during the day

  • Jewellery and forex rate boards

Rates grouped into categories, quoted in rupees or dollars, with five colour presets and a right-to-left auto-slide when a board carries more categories than fit at once.
  • Token and queue displays

A call, skip and recall console for counters, with the next token computed on the server so the console and the public board can never disagree.
  • Live ticker

One line of company-wide text that scrolls across any screen you put the ticker block on, changed in one field.

Food service

  • Digital menu boards

Categories, items, prices, tags and photos, with per-branch price and sold-out overrides and time windows that hide a category outside its serving hours.
  • Kitchen display (KDS)

Open orders on kitchen screens by station, bumped item by item, with a 90-second undo and a 30-minute recall.

Recognition

  • Donor walls

Donors sorted by tier, amount, name or date, imported up to 2,000 rows at a time, with a per-donor opt-out that removes a name from every screen.

What is the difference between a CloudyFy TV feature and a solution?

A feature is something every screen uses. A solution is a block that knows about one specific kind of data.

Layouts, playlists, scheduling and device management are features: they apply to every screen you run, whatever is on it. The six pages below are solutions. Each one adds a block type that reads a live data channel, plus the console you edit that channel in. A rate board reads your rate rows. A token display reads the queue console. A donor wall reads your donor list. The layout, the schedule and the device fleet around them do not change. That split is why a solution costs you no extra work. You build the layout once in the layout builder, drop the block in, publish it to the screens that need it, and from then on the daily job is editing rows in a table, not redesigning a screen.

  • Platform features live at /platform/: layouts and blocks, playlists, scheduling, publishing, device management, offline playback, proof of play.
  • Solutions live here. They are what the screen is for.
  • Industries live at /industries/. Those pages start from your business, not from the block.

Start with the two most asked for

  • Digital menu boards

Menus are the highest-volume use of these screens, and the one where the daily edit matters most. In CloudyFy TV a menu is structured data, not a picture: categories hold items, items hold a price in exact minor units, a description, calories, photos and tags. Change a price and the boards in every branch update over the live channel. Give one branch a different price, or mark one item sold out at one location, and only that branch changes.

  • Jewellery rate boards

A rate board is the page no other signage vendor in our competitor set publishes at all. Rates are rows with a label, a value and a unit, grouped into categories such as Gold, Silver and Platinum. The board is quoted in one currency, rupees or dollars, and rupee boards use Indian digit grouping, so a rate reads as 1,55,780 rather than 155,780.

Rate Boards, Token Queues, Live Ticker and Donor Walls are all covered by one feature module and are available to every company from day one. Menu Boards and Kitchen Display are the only two modules in CloudyFy TV that default to off, because most customers are not restaurants. Ask us to switch them on and they appear in your side nav.
