CloudyFy TV is a self-serve subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account, with no phone call and no approval needed.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access to the Service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Because access continues for the rest of the paid period, CloudyFy TV does not issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of a cancelled period. Cancelling partway through a month or a year already paid for means continued access until that period ends, not money back for the time remaining on it.
Free Trial
Every new account starts with a free trial, so the Service can be evaluated before paying anything. Nothing is charged during the trial, and so nothing needs to be refunded for it.
Once the trial ends and a subscription begins, the charge for that subscription is covered by the refund window below, measured from the date of that charge.
The 24 Hour Refund Window
A refund is available on request within 24 hours of a charge. Outside that window, a charge is refunded only in one of the specific situations listed below. This is the same window CloudyFy TV applies to every plan and every billing cycle, monthly or annual.
Refunds Outside the 24 Hour Window
Outside the 24 hour window, CloudyFy TV issues a refund only for one of the following:
- A duplicate or double charge for the same billing period.
- A charge made after the subscription had already been cancelled.
- A billing error on CloudyFy TV's side, such as billing the wrong plan or the wrong amount.
- A service failure CloudyFy TV cannot fix within the resolution window communicated to you when the failure was reported.
- CloudyFy TV ending your subscription without cause. In that case the unused part of the billing period already paid for is refunded pro rata.
Outside the 24 hour window and these situations, a charge for a billing period you have already had access to is not refunded.
Annual Plans
Annual plans follow the same 24 hour refund window as monthly plans, measured from the date the annual charge was made. Cancelling an annual plan works the same way as cancelling a monthly one: it stops the next renewal, and access continues for the rest of the year already paid for, with no pro-rata refund for the months remaining.
AI Credits and Top-Up Purchases
AI credits, whether from a plan's allowance or from a top-up purchase, are consumed as CloudyFy TV's AI features are used. Once credits have been spent, they, and the purchase that provided them, are not refundable.
Unused top-up credits do not expire. They stay in your account balance until used, so there is no need to request a refund for a top-up purchase you have not used yet.
How a Refund Is Paid
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method used for the charge. CloudyFy TV does not issue a refund to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
Once approved, a refund follows your bank's or card network's own processing time before it appears on your statement. That time is set by the bank or the card network and is outside CloudyFy TV's control.
How to Request a Refund
Please include the account the charge was made on, the date of the charge, the amount, and the reason for the request, so the payment can be looked up and checked against the refund window and the situations above.
Who Bills and Refunds You
Subscriptions to CloudyFy TV are billed, and refunds are issued, by Silicon IT Hub Pvt. Ltd., B1-Ground Floor, Safal Profitaire, Corporate Rd, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015. A refund is always issued by the same entity that took the original charge.
Governing Law
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is provided under and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
