Digital signage integrations

CloudyFy TV pulls live content from five connected sources straight onto your screens, Google Slides, YouTube, weather, web pages, and RSS or Atom feeds, plus PDF as a native content type for anything that does not need a live connection. Connect a source once from the Integrations screen, drop its block into a layout, and publish.

We group the six by what they are for, not by name, so it is faster to find the right one for a given screen.

Content & Media

  • Google Slides

Point CloudyFy TV at a presentation and every screen it plays on reflects your latest edit, no re-export needed.
  • YouTube

Play a channel, playlist, or single video on loop, full screen or inside one zone of a layout.
  • PDF

Upload a menu, notice, or brochure once; CloudyFy TV turns every page into a slide automatically.

Live Data

  • Weather

A current-conditions and short forecast strip powered by Open-Meteo, with no API key or account for you to manage.
  • RSS and Atom

Feed headlines or announcements from either format into a scrolling ticker across a screen or an entire fleet.

Web Embeds

  • Web page

Show any public web page or live dashboard as a block that stays current on its own.

What counts as an integration on CloudyFy TV

An integration is a connection you set up once in the CMS to a live external source, so CloudyFy TV keeps pulling fresh content from it automatically instead of you re-uploading files every time something changes. Six pages cover what ships today: Google Slides, YouTube, Weather, Web page, RSS, and PDF. Five of them, every page except PDF, are live connections on the Integrations screen; the RSS connection covers both RSS and Atom feeds from the same provider. PDF works differently: no live source and no credential, just a document you upload once to the media library and CloudyFy TV turns into slides. We list what is real and working, not a longer roadmap that looks impressive on a comparison chart. Anything not on this page is not shipped, and you should find that out here rather than after building a layout around it. Each page below covers one source in full, how to connect or upload it, what plan and permissions it needs, and where the content actually gets cached, so you can plan a layout before you start building it.

  • A menu board pairs a PDF or Google Slides deck with a weather strip.
  • A corporate lobby pairs a web page dashboard with an RSS-fed ticker.
  • A hospitality lobby pairs a YouTube loop with a Google Slides schedule.

Don't see the tool you use?

Tell us. We do not publish a list of integrations we have not built, because a page promising something that is not live yet is the fastest way to lose a buyer's trust the moment they try to use it. So this is the one place to ask for something new. A short form, what you use today and what you would want it to do on a screen, goes straight to the team deciding what gets built next. No account required to submit it, and no sales call needed to leave a request. This is also the honest place to check before you commit to a plan. If the tool you need is not one of the six above, it is not shipped yet, whatever a general search result or a third-party roundup might imply. We would rather you find that out here than after your trial has already started.

We reply here if we need more detail.

Your details go to the CloudyFy TV team and nowhere else.
