Alternatives to the digital signage platform you already run

If you run Xibo, Yodeck, or Signagelive today and something about it, the bill, the setup, or the company itself, has started to bother you, start on the page for that platform. Each one covers why people actually leave, what CloudyFy TV does differently, and what switching involves.

Read the page for your platform

Each page below carries the same shape: why people actually switch, an honest read on when the other platform might still fit and how CloudyFy TV answers it, a short comparison table, and what moving your content actually involves.

Alternatives by platform

  • Xibo alternative

For teams whose "free" self-hosted CMS turned into a server to run, or who need more storage and published support times than Xibo's entry cloud tier gives.
  • Yodeck alternative

For fleets that outgrew the free single-screen plan and are now pricing every additional screen one at a time.
  • Signagelive alternative

For customers whose vendor was folded into Navori and now want a self-serve option with a visible price.

Why do people look for a digital signage alternative?

Most switches trace back to one of three things

Each of the three platforms below is a live example of a different one. The bill grows faster than the screen count, because the plan is priced per screen at a rate well above ours. The signup turns into a sales conversation instead of a working account. Or the vendor itself changes underneath you: an acquisition, a shutdown, a re-brand you did not choose.

  • Leaving Xibo usually means the free self-hosted CMS stopped being free once you counted the server, or the entry cloud tier's 1 GB per display and best-effort support stopped being enough.
  • Leaving Yodeck usually means the fleet grew past a screen or two and the bill grew with it at $8 a screen: the same 25 screens run $200 a month on Yodeck Basic against ₹13,750 or $175$175 or ₹13,750 on CloudyFy TV Starter, at ₹550 or $7$7 or ₹550 per device a month. Indian prices are shown before GST, which is added at checkout.
  • Leaving Signagelive usually means the company you signed up with does not run its own website anymore. signagelive.com now redirects entirely to Navori.

What does switching to CloudyFy TV involve?

The same three steps regardless of where you're coming from

None of the three platforms above has an automatic importer into CloudyFy TV. Each platform page above walks through this with the specifics for that migration.

  • First, export your media library, images, videos, and any PDFs, from your current platform.
  • Second, recreate your layouts in CloudyFy TV's builder, or start faster from one of the 93 catalogue templates instead of a blank canvas.
  • Third, pair each physical screen to CloudyFy TV with a fresh pairing code and confirm it comes online before you retire the old player.

How these pages are checked

Every competitor claim here is read off the vendor's own live page, on a date we print

The three pages above were checked on 29 October 2026 against xibosignage.com/pricing, yodeck.com/pricing and navori.com/pricing, plus navori.com/signagelive/ for the redirect that ended Signagelive's own site. Where a vendor publishes no number, the page says exactly that instead of quoting a third-party estimate as though it were the vendor's price. That is why two of the three cost rows read "not published" rather than a figure.

  • Prices drift. Re-check the vendor page before you budget from anything written here.
  • Where another platform might fit better, the page says so in the body copy, not in a footnote, and says how CloudyFy TV answers it: Xibo's free AGPLv3 core, Yodeck's free single screen, Navori's enterprise reference list.
  • CloudyFy TV figures come from cloudyfy.tv/pricing and from the product itself, so anything claimed here can be checked inside a trial account.

What each switch actually costs you in effort

Media moves. Layouts do not. The real difference between the three is how easily you get your own files back, and how much recreating follows.

  • Xibo

    What comes across cleanly
Media, and fastest of the three if you self-host, since the library is a folder on your own disk.
    What has to be recreated
Every layout. A Xibo region becomes a CloudyFy TV block, with the canvas split by split_x and split_y.
    Realistic elapsed time
About a week for 25 screens, plus retiring the server and the perpetual player licences.
  • Yodeck

    What comes across cleanly
Media, downloaded from the library. Unlimited storage means most accounts hold far more than is on air.
    What has to be recreated
Layouts, playlists, and any app-driven content with no equivalent among CloudyFy TV's 6 shipped feeds.
    Realistic elapsed time
About a week for 25 screens, and each screen retired stops billing at $8 or $12 a month.
  • Signagelive (Navori)

    What comes across cleanly
Media, once Navori or your account admin sends the export. That request is the critical path.
    What has to be recreated
Every layout and schedule, though you can build against screenshots before the export arrives.
    Realistic elapsed time
A week per site rather than per estate, since no shutdown date is forcing a cutover.

Effort estimates are ours, not a vendor claim, and assume one admin working through a 25-screen estate. The vendor facts in this table were checked on 29 October 2026.
