A weather widget for your digital signage screens
Set a location once and CloudyFy TV keeps a current-conditions and forecast block up to date on your screens automatically. There is no API key to create, no account to manage, and no third-party bill.
What does the weather integration do?
It shows the current temperature, conditions, and a short forecast for a location you set, refreshed automatically without anyone re-entering data. Weather is one of the six connections on the Integrations screen, but unlike the others it needs no credentials at all: CloudyFy TV's weather data comes from Open-Meteo, a provider that does not require a customer-facing API key. You pick a location; that is the whole setup. Most competitor weather widgets ask you to bring your own API key from a third-party provider and manage that account yourself. CloudyFy TV handles that relationship for you, so the widget works the same way whether you run one screen or a hundred locations, without a separate weather bill or a key to rotate.

What can you display from a weather connection?
A compact current-conditions readout, or a short multi-day forecast, sized to fit alongside other content on a layout. The weather block is commonly run as a small strip in a corner of a menu board or lobby screen rather than a full-screen block, next to a news ticker or a clock, so it reads as ambient context rather than the main event. Retail storefronts use it to justify a seasonal display without a staff member updating anything by hand; a corporate lobby pairs it with a room-schedule slide so the screen reads as current the moment someone walks past, even on a day nothing else on it has changed.
How do you connect weather to CloudyFy TV?
Four steps, faster than the other integrations because there is no external account to set up. There is no key to paste and no test step tied to a third-party login, because Open-Meteo does not gate access behind one. If you ever need conditions for a second location, add a second connection the same way, each one is independent, so a multi-branch business can show each location's own forecast on its own screens.

Plan
Included on Starter, Standard, and Pro, and during your 7-day free trial. Adding a second, third, or tenth location costs nothing extra.
Permissions
A role with the Integrations module enabled, the same permission used for every other connection type.
Data flow
CloudyFy TV fetches conditions for your set location from Open-Meteo on a regular schedule and caches the last reading on each device, so a screen still shows a recent forecast if it briefly loses its network connection, rather than a blank block.
